The Miele KFN7795D, written KFN 7795 D on the nameplate, is a 24-inch MasterCool bottom-mount refrigerator that is panel-ready and built into a column of cabinetry. According to its model page it combines DynaCool even-temperature circulation, NoFrost, MasterFresh humidity-controlled storage, an integrated automatic IceMaker, Push2Open handle-free doors, Active AirClean filtration and a MasterSensor TFT display. This guide explains what each of those features means for daily use, who the KFN 7795 D suits, how it differs from the wider 30 and 36-inch Miele columns and what to plan before it goes into your kitchen.
What is the Miele KFN 7795 D?
On our KFN 7795 D model page the refrigerator is listed as a MasterCool PerfectCool bottom-mount refrigerator, 24 inches wide, with an integrated, panel-ready finish. Panel-ready means the doors take a cabinet panel so the refrigerator disappears into the kitchen. It is a built-in column, so it is meant to sit in a cabinet opening, not to stand alone like a freestanding unit. The model page does not give a capacity in cubic feet, so check Miele’s specification sheet if the volume matters to you.
Who is the KFN 7795 D for?
A 24-inch column suits a kitchen where the opening is narrow, or where you want a refrigerator beside a separate freezer column so the two read as one run of cabinetry. It also suits a household that likes a flush, handle-free look, since the panel hides the unit and Push2Open removes the handle. It is less suited to a family that does one large weekly shop, because a narrow column has less shelf width than a 30 or 36-inch model.
If you entertain, check how you will store party trays and tall bottles. Measure your largest items and compare them with the interior dimensions in Miele’s specification sheet, since our model page does not list shelf sizes. Look at the display too: the MasterSensor TFT control is where you set temperatures and see alarms, so try it in a showroom if you can. A refrigerator that you understand is one you will not call about by mistake.
What do DynaCool, NoFrost and MasterFresh do?
These three features cover the cooling. DynaCool is Miele’s even-temperature circulation: a fan circulates cold air so that the temperature stays similar from shelf to shelf, which our DynaCool glossary explains. NoFrost means the freezer does not need manual defrosting, covered in our guide to how Miele NoFrost works. MasterFresh is the humidity-controlled fresh storage, and our page on how MasterCool and MasterFresh work describes how the zones are used for produce, meat and dairy.
For a buyer, the practical meaning is steadier temperatures and less ice buildup in the freezer. It also means the refrigerator has a fan and a vent path that need to be kept clear, so do not block them with tall containers.

How does the KFN 7795 D compare with other Miele MasterCool columns?
The family shares the same feature list on our model pages: DynaCool, NoFrost, MasterFresh, an integrated IceMaker, Push2Open, Active AirClean and BrilliantLight. What changes is the width and the configuration:
If you need more width, the 30 and 36-inch columns give you more room. If your opening is 24 inches, the KFN 7795 D is the bottom-mount model our pages show for that width. The KF 2902 Vi and KF 2982 Vi are separate models that we cover on their own pages. Do not assume a feature carries over between families, and confirm the details on the exact model page.
What should you plan before installing it?
A built-in column is sensitive to the cabinet opening and the ventilation. Check the opening and clearances against the installation sheet, level the unit so that the doors close by themselves, connect and purge the water line for the IceMaker, and fit the panels. Our Miele refrigerator installation guide says a warm cabinet on day one is almost always demo mode and that no ice on a new installation usually means an unpurged or unconnected water line. Our guide to exiting demo mode explains the first of these.
Leave electrical and water connections to a qualified installer, and do not cut into the cabinet or panel without the manufacturer’s dimensions. If you ever see water near the outlet, switch off the breaker from a dry spot first.
What does ownership look like?
Day to day, you care for the refrigerator with a few habits. Keep the vents and the condenser filter clean, as described in our MasterCool condenser filter guide. Learn the controls from the MasterSensor TFT display, and use our Miele refrigerator tips for storage. If an alarm sounds, our page on the temperature alarm will help you decide whether it is a door left open or something more serious.
Miele refrigerators give indicators and alarms instead of a long table of fault codes, according to our pages, so a technician is the right call when an alarm persists with the doors closed. We are an independent repair company, not the manufacturer. Our Miele refrigerator repair page explains how a visit works, and you can schedule a visit online.
